I had excellent customer service at the counter in terminal 4 in Phoenix. It was with the clerk's assistance that I was able to catch my van on time. They definitely went above and beyond to make the experience a positive one.

The driver and reservation agent and counter agent were all excellent at their jobs. They were friendly and fun in addition to being professional. Great!!
