| All Shuttle passengers must Check-In at one of our counters upon arrival at Sky Harbor Airport. Our counters are located in Terminal 2, 3 and 4. | |||
| Terminal 2 | Locate the yellow sign that reads: AZ City to City Shuttle Check-in. Shuttle counter is at ground level, east side. | ||

| Does Arizona Shuttle go to Tucson International Airport? |
Tucson International Airport is not on our regular scheduled route. There would only be two reasons that Arizona Shuttle would be there; 1) for charters, 2) transporting airline passengers from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport to Tucson International Airport due to cancelled flights in Phoenix. So, if you see us there, that's why. |
