Cancellation Policy

TUCSON SHUTTLE SERVICE:
Cancellations must be received by 11:59pm the day prior to the travel date.

FLAGSTAFF SHUTTLE SERVICE:
Cancellations must be received by 10:00pm the day prior to the travel date. This includes shuttles servicing Camp Verde, Sedona, Williams, and the Grand Canyon.

Failure to notify an Arizona Shuttle representative before the appropriate cancellation time will result in a full charge. No show passengers will receive no refunds or credits.

 

Check In Policy

Arizona Shuttles requires all passengers check in at least 15 minutes prior to your departure time. At Sky Harbor Airport you may do this at the City to City Shuttle Check In Desk located inside baggage claim at three airport terminals. For more details visit our Shuttle Services page.

 

 

Credit Cards

Arizona Shuttle requires a credit card for any advance reservations and will gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards. Cash payments may be made in advance at any one of our office locations in Tucson, Flagstaff, and the Sky Harbor Airport during regular business hours.
 

Handicap Accessibility

Arizona Shuttle is outfitted with handicap accessible vehicles. Please contact 800-888-2749 and alert the appropriate shuttle division at least 48 hours prior to your departure dates so we may answer your questions and help you make the necessary arrangements.

Locations

Please note Arizona Shuttle only has service to/from the Tucson International Airport (TIA) for charters or extenuating circumstances such as flight cancellations at Sky Harbor Airport into TIA.

 

 

Lost and Found

Arizona Shuttle is not responsible for any lost or damaged items left on any shuttles, however, if you have left something behind please call 800-888-2749 and alert the appropriate division and Arizona Shuttle will do it’s best to reunite you with your belongings.
 

Luggage Policy

NOTE: Luggage weight limits vary by airline and destination, please research appropriately.

Arizona Shuttle is not responsible for lost or damaged luggage.

TUCSON SHUTTLE SERVICE:
Each passenger is allowed two full size (not to exceed 70lbs each) suitcases and one carry on. Bicycles will only be transported when packaged in an appropriate bike box.

FLAGSTAFF SHUTTLE SERVICE:

Please contact our office for more information or with questions. Alerting Arizona Shuttle in advance will help ensure the appropriate space is available for any bulk items you may be traveling with.

 

Parking

Arizona Shuttle offers complimentary parking at your own risk for up to two weeks, in Tucson at our Speedway and Ina Road offices. Parking is available on a first come first serve basis, all other parking arrangements must be made on your own.
 

Traveling with Pets

Only service animals are allowed on Arizona Shuttle.
 

Unaccompanied Minor

Unaccompanied Minors, defined as passengers aged 7 to 13, may ride alone but a parent or guardian must submit an Unaccompanied Minor form before departure to ensure travel arrangements. Additionally in Tucson a parent or guardian must check-in the minor at least 30 minutes prior to departure at the Speedway, Ina Road, or Terminal 2 at Sky Harbor locations. In Flagstaff the parent or guardian must be present at check in with the driver at the Flagstaff Amtrak station, Metro Center, or Terminal 2 at Sky Harbor Airport.
